Configure and Troubleshoot Routers, Switch, Wi-Fi etc.
Handling client complaints via phone, email or chat.
Ensure Customer Support over the Phone, Email, Remote Access, or Physical Presence if required.
Monitor Network Devices of the Company and Customer Network.
Attending incoming Calls of Customers.
