  • Comfortable with computers and common applications (email, spreadsheets, web booking systems).
  • Stable internet connection and reliable home working setup.
  • Electricity backup plan (UPS, power bank, generator or equivalent) to ensure availability during outages.
  • Able to work 6–8 hour shifts on a rotating schedule (including nights and weekends).
  • Customer-service experience preferred but not essential — attitude and reliability matter most.

  • Experience with property management / booking platforms.
  • Additional language skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

Le Lagon Apartments LTD is hiring friendly, reliable Customer Support Agents to join our remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and travellers, helping to deliver a smooth, welcoming stay — day or night. This is a work-from-home role on a rotating shift schedule; night shifts will be required as we provide 24/7 support.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, live chat and messaging apps.
  • Handle bookings, cancellations and basic reservation changes.
  • Troubleshoot guest issues and escalate when necessary to on-site teams.
  • Provide local information, check-in/out help and quick problem resolution.
  • Log interactions and update guest records accurately in our systems.
  • Maintain a calm, helpful tone and deliver exceptional service every time.
