Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Guide customers through product usage, account setup, and service requests.
  • Assist customers in account creation, updates, and any needed modifications.
  • Process orders, returns, and service adjustments based on customer needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
  • Develop deep knowledge of products, services, and technical details to effectively assist customers.
  • Communicate product updates, promotions, and policy changes.
  • Log and track all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Compile regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring effective communication with customers and maintaining a positive brand image Maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operation, Technical, Sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute feedback to improve product, service, and customer experience.
  • Managing and leading a team of customer service staff Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
