Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Prior experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Guide customers through product usage, account setup, and service requests.
- Assist customers in account creation, updates, and any needed modifications.
- Process orders, returns, and service adjustments based on customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
- Develop deep knowledge of products, services, and technical details to effectively assist customers.
- Communicate product updates, promotions, and policy changes.
- Log and track all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Compile regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Ensuring effective communication with customers and maintaining a positive brand image Maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
- Work closely with internal teams (Operation, Technical, Sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Contribute feedback to improve product, service, and customer experience.
- Managing and leading a team of customer service staff Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
