We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support to our global clients across multiple communication channels, including email (ticketing system), live chat, messaging platforms, and occasional phone calls.
This role is ideal for individuals who are client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience while maintaining accurate support records and contributing to continuous improvement in support operations.
Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Provide professional and timely support via email (ticketing system), live chat, and messaging platforms
Handle client inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Make outbound calls when necessary to resolve issues or provide updates
Accurately log, categorize, and track all client interactions in the support system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
Maintain clear and consistent communication aligned with company tone and quality standards
Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation
Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client information
Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 1 years of client/customer support experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and live chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in logging and resolving client issues.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/5 support coverage).
