Responsibilities & Context
Maintain and ensure effective service for our clients.
Analyze and find the problems that our clients are facing presently.
Go into details about the problems and make sure for the required solution.
Take challenge to accept day to day assigned tasks.
Manage the team to ensure standard after-sales service to clients.
Prepare and analyze the fault report and inform the core team.
Maintain organizational decorum while providing the service to our clients.
Co-operate with our service department about day-to-day updates.
Monitor clients, and provide requirement accessories as well by site visits.
Lead the entire service team effectively.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
