অফিসে বসে ইনবাউন্ড/আউটবাউন্ড কলের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা
কোম্পানির সার্ভিস/ম্যানপাওয়ার/প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান করা
কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং সঠিক গাইডলাইন দেওয়া
লিড জেনারেশন ও কাস্টমার ডাটা ফলোআপ করা
ডেইলি কল রিপোর্ট ও কাজের আপডেট মেইনটেইন করা
পেশাদার ও ভদ্রভাবে কাস্টমার হ্যান্ডেল করা
Requirements:
বয়স: 25–35 বছর
অফিসে বসে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
ভালো কমিউনিকেশন স্কিল থাকতে হবে
বাংলা ভাষায় সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলতে পারতে হবে
অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার, ফ্রেশাররাও আবেদন করতে পারবে
