Responsibilities & Context:
একটি growing D2C e-commerce business, যেখানে Facebook Ads, Landing Page এবং WhatsApp/Phone Call-এর মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার অর্ডার নেওয়া হয়। আমাদের Customer Relationship Executive পদের মূল দায়িত্ব হলো কাস্টমারের সাথে প্রফেশনালভাবে যোগাযোগ করা, প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া, অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা এবং কুরিয়ার বুকিং ও ডেলিভারি পর্যন্ত প্রয়োজনীয় ফলোআপ নিশ্চিত করা।
