Speaking: Clear pronunciation with confident and professional verbal communication.

Writing: Strong command of professional email and live chat communication.

Listening: Excellent comprehension and quick response capability.

• Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries related to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) through various channels, including live chat, Facebook, WhatsApp, and telephone.

• Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive guidance on Australian skill assessment procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

• Assist clients in preparing resumes, competency statements, declarations, and other RPL-related materials in alignment with company standards.

• Maintain accurate, updated, and well-documented client records in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and data integrity.

• Collaborate effectively with Australian migration consultants and internal documentation teams to facilitate smooth service delivery (training provided).

• Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for response time, communication quality, conversion rates, and overall client satisfaction.

• Uphold professional standards of confidentiality, integrity, and courtesy in all communications and interactions.
