  • Implement and execute customer service strategies aligned with organisational goals.

  • Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring continuous development and capability building.

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, complaints, and conflicts.

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Generate actionable insights from customer data to enhance overall service quality.

  • Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives to optimize customer experience.

  • Monitor team performance and develop performance matrices to track efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Prepare and present reports based on customer service metrics and performance indicators.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer-related issues and improve service delivery.
