Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing customer service for our website and handling international clients through live chat and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support to international clients (in English)
Handle live chat support and respond to customer inquiries promptly
Identify, track, and document customer issues
Resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally
Assist in managing and maintaining website-related tasks
Ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of IT and computer systems
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Gmail, WhatsApp, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
Ability to handle customer issues independently
Basic knowledge of website handling and maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Additional Information:
This is an on-site position (work from office required)
A 10-day trial period will be provided for training and evaluation
Salary:
BDT 20,000 per month
