Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Remote Survey Caller. In this role, you will contact clients, conduct brief surveys, and accurately record their responses. The ideal candidate is confident in spoken English, comfortable using a computer, and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients and conduct structured surveys
Accurately record responses in the system
Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly tone on every call
Follow provided call scripts and guidelines
Meet daily and weekly calling and data entry targets
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
