Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 33 years

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of pre-sales customer service experience.

  • Proven experience in English-language online customer service.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira Service Management) is highly preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible with strong stress tolerance.

  • Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset. 

  • Physically healthy (with a physical examination report required), able to adapt to long-term night shift work (more than 1 year)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) or customer service (e.g., COPC, HDI)

    1. Familiarity with Etsy Seller Dashboard or similar e-commerce platforms. 

    2. Onboarding Support: Comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring during the probation period.



Responsibilities & Context:

E-commerce Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of product details and master relevant professional knowledge and platform policies.

  • Provide customer support and communication for North American clients via English-language channels.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate order conversions. Track orders from initiation to fulfillment.

  • Analyze customer needs, document complaints/feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
