Minimum 2 year of pre-sales customer service experience.
Proven experience in English-language online customer service.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira Service Management) is highly preferred
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible with strong stress tolerance.
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset.
Physically healthy (with a physical examination report required), able to adapt to long-term night shift work (more than 1 year)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) or customer service (e.g., COPC, HDI)
Familiarity with Etsy Seller Dashboard or similar e-commerce platforms.
Onboarding Support: Comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring during the probation period.
E-commerce Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
Gain an in-depth understanding of product details and master relevant professional knowledge and platform policies.
Provide customer support and communication for North American clients via English-language channels.
Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate order conversions. Track orders from initiation to fulfillment.
Analyze customer needs, document complaints/feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
