Job Context:
∎ We are a technology startup to disrupt the local market with innovative ideas and tech solutions.
∎ We are looking for energetic team members to join us to help support customers of our software applications.
∎ This position requires professional communication skills both in written and verbal forms.
∎ Working hours is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 6 days a week, weekend on Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels like email, sms, phone, messenger, WhatsApp etc.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer customer questions effectively and convincingly.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers in all situations.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various media like Facebook page & group, WhatsApp group, Play Store and any other social platforms as needed.
∎ Keeping track of all customer interactions, complaints, and comments.
∎ Analysing customer feedbacks and reviews from different platforms.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Report any issues found with our products and services while using.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience working with customer support.
∎ Ability to handle customers in stressed or upset situations.
∎ Good knowledge on computers, internet browsing.
∎ Good knowledge on social media, google docs, google drive, and mobile apps.
∎ Ability to adapt to quickly changing culture of a tech startup.
