Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive customers warmly, identify their needs, and offer personalized assistance in selecting bicycles or accessories.
∎ Actively engage with showroom visitors to promote products, increase sales, and meet set sales targets.
∎ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all bicycles, accessories, and components to educate customers and answer technical questions.
∎ Handle customer orders from start to finish, including processing payments, confirming stock availability, and managing deliveries.
∎ Participate in outdoor marketing activities, such as promotional events, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers to the showroom.
∎ Provide excellent after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, assisting with warranties, and arranging repairs or replacements as necessary.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the showroom by ensuring products are neatly displayed and promotional materials are up to date.
∎ Work with the inventory team to track product availability,ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
∎ Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for product improvement and service enhancement.
