Responsibilities & Context:
Proactively reach out to existing diagnostic centers and hospitals (our customers) via phone, email, or scheduled online meetings to collect feedback regarding our teleradiology services.
Document and accurately record all feedback, concerns, and suggestions from customers in our database system.
Analyze patterns and common problems in customer feedback, then present the results to the management team.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Operations, IT, and Radiologists) to ensure timely resolution of any service-related issues.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction based on collected feedback.
Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude in every customer interaction, guaranteeing a positive experience.
Execute any other activities assigned by the Management.
