  • At least 1 years of customer service experience in apparel industry specially in Labelling & Packaging.

  • Build and nurture working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:

SUMMARY

Work with team by direction of team leader for achieving business goal & also build good relationship with customers and various departments.

JOB DUTIES

  • Answering customer inquiries: You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, including questions about products and services, orders, and delivery status. You will need to provide accurate information and resolve any issues or concerns customers may have.

  • Processing orders: You will be responsible for processing orders received from customers, including entering orders into the system, confirming details with customers, and monitoring order status to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Providing technical support: You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who may have questions or concerns about product specifications or performance. You will need to have a good understanding of Uniter Checkpoint products and services to be able to provide accurate information.

  • Managing customer accounts: You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, including updating customer information, tracking order history, and resolving any billing issues or discrepancies.

  • Collaborating with other departments: You will need to collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales and production, to ensure that customer needs are being met and that orders are being fulfilled correctly and on time.

  • Maintaining customer satisfaction: You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that orders are delivered on time and in good condition.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
