ইনকামিং ও আউটগোয়িং কল পেশাদারভাবে হ্যান্ডেল করা
ভিসা প্রসেসিং, ট্রাভেল ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারকে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা
কাস্টমারের প্রশ্ন, কোয়েরি ও প্রাথমিক সমস্যা সমাধান করা
WhatsApp, Messenger ও ফোনের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার ফলো-আপ করা
নতুন লিড সংগ্রহ ও পুরোনো লিড ম্যানেজ করা
কাস্টমার ডাটাবেস আপডেট ও বেসিক ডাটা এন্ট্রি করা
টিম লিড/ম্যানেজমেন্টের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা
কোম্পানির সার্ভিস ও পলিসি অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারকে গাইড করা
কল লগ ও কাজের রিপোর্ট নিয়মিত আপডেট রাখা
