Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Interaction & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding property inquiries, bookings, documentation, handover, and after-sales service
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, walk-in, and digital platforms in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information on projects, pricing, payment schedules, policies, and procedures.
Complaint Handling & Resolution
Receive, log, track, and resolve customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, Engineering, and Site teams to ensure effective resolution
Ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines and customers are kept informed.
Documentation & Coordination
Assist customers with booking forms, agreements, payment schedules, and handover documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up logs, and service reports.
Support possession, handover, and post-handover service coordination.
Customer Experience & Retention
Ensure high service standards throughout the customer lifecycle.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Support customer retention and referral initiatives.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports and customer database.
Track service performance, complaints, and customer feedback.
Suggest improvements to service processes and customer communication.
