Experience:
A. Sales Management
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead the sales team in client acquisition, deal negotiation, and closing sales for apartments, plots, and commercial spaces.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and corporate relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt communication, transparency, and after-sales service.
Track sales performance through regular reporting, pipeline management, and data analysis.
B. Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (Sales Executives, Officers) to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to review performance, set priorities, and provide training.
Implement and monitor the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Set individual performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and manage team KPIs.
C. Marketing & Branding
Design and implement marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and branding strategies to enhance company visibility.
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn), print media (newspapers, magazines), and outdoor advertising (billboards, hoardings).
Coordinate marketing events, property fairs, and open house programs.
Giving creative input and coordinate in developing creative marketing materials (brochures, visuals, videos, advertisements) aligned with brand identity.
Coordinate in conducting market research to monitor competitors, pricing trends, and consumer preferences.
D. Strategic Planning
Prepare annual sales forecasts and marketing budgets.
Recommend product positioning, project pricing, and promotional mix based on market analysis.
Collaborate with the management and project development team for product planning and market feasibility studies.
Maintain strong networks with financial institutions, corporate clients, and channel partners.
E. Client Relationship & Sales Operations:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate buyers, and real estate brokers.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the sales documentation process, including Booking Applications, Agreement signing, and coordination with the legal and finance departments.
Manage the inventory and sales pipeline using CRM software.
F. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management.
Monitor marketing campaign ROI and sales conversion rates, making data-driven decisions.
