Office Hours: 10 Hours per Day (Day/Night Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the telesales team to achieve daily & monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, coaching & motivation
- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls professionally
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and order confirmation
- Train new team members on sales process & communication skills
- Track sales reports, performance metrics & prepare daily/weekly reports
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to improve sales strategy
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
