Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers via, phone and mail & social media messenger
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order
∎ Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
∎ Able to work beyond the office hour
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ecommerce experience candidate will get preference
∎ Must have knowledge about up sale, down sale, cross sale knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Call Center, E-commerce, Telecommunication
