Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Care work(preferred e-commerce)
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Manage customer communication through phone, chat, and social media
Receive customer complaints, record them in the system, and ensure proper resolution
Must have a pleasant, confident, and polite speaking tone.
