∎ Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
∎ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):
∎ CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent

∎ Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and antivirus/firewall management.
∎ Experience with helpdesk tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
∎ EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
∎ Monitor and manage daily operations of network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and firewalls.
∎ Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies and backup procedures.
∎ Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems.
∎ Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely repair/replacement of equipment.
∎ Support software installations, updates, and license compliance.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
∎ Document IT procedures, issue logs, and solutions.
∎ Support internal audits and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with IT policies.
