∎ Electrical Supervisory License or at least an ABC Electrician License from the GoB.
∎ Strong hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of electrical tools and instruments (e.g., thermography, earth resistance tester, data logger, etc.).
∎ Physically fit to work in challenging conditions.
∎ Good communication skills and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians responsible for the electrical maintenance of machinery, power systems, utilities, and HVAC systems.
∎ Actively perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs of electrical equipment, production machinery, and power systems when needed.
∎ Complete preventive (as scheduled) and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems.
∎ Ensure all tasks are performed with relevant electrical codes and standards (i.e. NFPA, BNBC, 90Days, etc.)
∎ Guide team members on electrical systems, safety protocols, and standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain records of maintenance activities.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
∎ SUMMARY
∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Team Leader to oversee the electrical maintenance and utility teams, including HVAC, in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment and will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and technicians. The candidate must ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
