Working Hours:Duty Time: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM.
Post-Office Duty: Must remain active for customer follow-ups and lead tracking after standard hours.
We are a high-end Premium Aesthetic Salon & Professional Training Institute. We are looking for highly skilled, energetic, and proactive Customer Service Executives who can manage our elite clientele and student base. The candidate must be ready to join immediately.
Guest Relations: Act as the first point of contact for premium salon clients and institute students, providing a VIP experience.
Lead Management: Proactively follow up with potential customers and students after office hours to ensure conversions.
Reporting: Maintain detailed daily/weekly call logs and customer lists; submit comprehensive reports to management.
Appointment & Enrollment: Efficiently manage salon bookings and student enrollments via phone and digital platforms.
Crisis Management: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with extreme professionalism and patience.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: BDT 18,000 – 20,000 (Based on experience).
Lunch: Fully subsidized/complimentary lunch provided by the office.
Festival Bonus: 02 (Two) Festival Bonuses per year (Eid-ul-Fitr & Eid-ul-Adha).
Annual Increment: 5% salary increase per year based on performance.
