We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and sophisticated Personal Secretary (PS) to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the MD.
Calendar Management: Proactively manage the MD’s schedule, including appointments, corporate meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication & Correspondence: Handle sensitive incoming calls, manage emails, and draft professional letters or reports on behalf of the MD.
Meeting Coordination: Organize board meetings and high-level conferences; record "Minutes of Meeting" (MoM) and ensure follow-up on action items.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters.
Liaison: Act as a bridge between the MD and department heads, ensuring smooth internal communication.
Visitor Management: Greet and brief high-profile guests or clients before they meet the MD.
