∎ In-depth knowledge of pond management, water quality control, and aquatic species health.
∎ Prior experience in aquaculture farming or a similar role is preferred.
∎ Strong expertise in aquaculture techniques and feed management.
∎ Excellent data collection and reporting abilities.
∎ Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Farmer Support & Issue Resolution: Provide assistance and resolve issues for farmers.
∎ Farmer Training &Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance farmers' skills and knowledge.
∎ Data Collection & Reporting: Organize and analyze data, then create detailed reports.
∎ Model Farm Implementation/Establishment: Design and set up model farms to showcase best practices.
∎ Promotion of Antibiotic-Free Farming: Advocate and implement practices that eliminate the use of antibiotics in farming.
∎ New Farm Acquisition/Expansion: Lead efforts to acquire new farms and expand existing ones.
∎ Research & Field Testing: Plan and execute research initiatives and field testing to improve farming practices.
∎ Disease Surveillance & Sample Collection: Monitor for diseases and collect relevant samples for analysis.
∎ Customer Support & Laboratory Services: Provide customer support through laboratory services to ensure quality and safety.
