Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to urgently join our reputed London-based printing company.

In this role, you will manage the entire customer journey from handling enquiries to coordinating order fulfillment with our production team.

Work Schedule (Remote/Hybrid)

  • 5.5 working days per week
  • Full day off every Saturday
  • 12 days of annual leave
  • Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Breaks included for Asr, Maghreb & Isha Salah, plus dinner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed. Most communication will be via email and WhatsApp.
  • Manage enquiries, quotations, and order updates in a clear and timely manner.
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Take Ownership of customer issues, providing proactive solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

  • Starting from BDT 18,000 - 25,000/month (based on experience and skill)

    Probation: BDT 10,000/month for the first 2-3 months

    Salary reviewed quarterly and can be increased to BDT 30,000 or more within the first year.
