Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Executive to join our Team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure satisfaction and maintain strong communication to enhance the customer experience with TQIU products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive & handle inbound customer calls (inquiries/orders/complaints)
- Follow-up & send service reminders via outbound calls
- Record queries & orders in Online Excel
- Coordinate with Sales & Service teams
- Communicate politely, professionally & solve problems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
