Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, invoices, and order follow-ups.

  • Maintain customer databases and track order status.

  • Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with logistics teams.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Contribute to sales reporting and performance analysis.
