Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing (paper/packaging industry/ Indenting experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Otley’s paper and board products.
- Identify and pursue new customers in Bangladesh.
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the Sri Lanka headquarters for pricing, supply chain, and product support.
