Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via Facebook page, website & WhatsApp
• Confirm and process daily orders
• Provide delivery updates to customers
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain order records and CRM data
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support sales team to achieve monthly targets
