Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve of Monthly Target on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring best customer service.
∎ Maintaining Roaster on a regular basis.
∎ Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
∎ Preparing for customer inquiries by studying products, services & customer service processes.
∎ Responds to customer inquiries by understanding their needs; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering & researching information; assembling & forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
∎ Recording customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
∎ Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
∎ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
∎ Converting a foot-fall into a customer.
∎ Ensuring Visual Marchandising of Offers are in place.
∎ Adequate product knowledge & ensuring team-member's are up-to-dated in terms of material, quality.
∎ Flexible to work hours.
∎ Managing Inventory on a regular basis.
∎ Proper display & management of product.
∎ Supporting Audit, when & as advised.
∎ Fluency in communicate in English is a must.
