Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving of Monthly Target on regular basis for the store & self.
∎ Expert in providing best customer service.
∎ Managing stuff in store; Roaster, Service.
∎ Ensuring Visual Merchandising of Offers are in place.
∎ Adequate product knowledge & ensuring team-member's are up-to-dated in terms of material, quality.
∎ Flexible to work hours.
∎ Having software management skill.
∎ Managing Inventory on a regular basis.
∎ Co-ordinating Supply chain, Admin, Finance, Marketing issue's with back office.
∎ Proper display & management of product.
∎ Supporting Audit, when & as advised.
∎ Fluency in communicate in English is a must.
∎ Ensuring that Store has enough product to support customers.
∎ Monitoring closely all sku; determining best / less selling products & communicate head office accordingly.
∎ Conducting Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Follow-up stock & consumption report & able to predict sales would be an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Store Management, Team Management, Team Building, Customer Support, Sales
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Direct Sales, Team Management.
Salary: Negotiable
