∎ Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback with courtesy and precision, maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout
∎ Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of our brand's offerings to deliver accurate and engaging information about products, features, and benefits
∎ Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, employing creative problem-solving skills to ensure utmost satisfaction
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex customer inquiries and elevate customer experiences
∎ Provide after-sales support
∎ Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
∎ Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, creating a lasting impression of our brand
∎ Participate in regular training and development sessions to remain up-to-date with our products, services, and customer service standards

Additional Requirements:
∎ High proficiency in the English language, especially in spoken
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, portraying empathy and attentiveness to customer needs
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to navigate challenges and resolve issues with composure
∎ Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
∎ Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
∎ Collaborative team player with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism
∎ High attention to detail, excellent listening ability
∎ Thrive under pressure
∎ Familiarity with e-commerce and international BPO
∎ Experience in customer service
