About the Role

Autobahn Solutions is looking for a confident and well-spoken female Customer Relationship & Sales Executive to manage client communications, strengthen relationships, and actively contribute to sales growth.

This role is critical in maintaining our premium service experience while converting satisfied clients into repeat and referral customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Calling & Follow-ups

  • Call existing clients from our database to maintain relationships

  • Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback on their experience

  • Identify satisfaction levels and report insights to management

• Feedback & Referral Collection

  • Request referrals from satisfied clients

  • Encourage word-of-mouth marketing through professional communication

• Sales Conversion

  • Promote additional services and offers to existing clients

  • Identify opportunities to upsell services based on customer needs

  • Actively contribute to increasing monthly revenue through client engagement

• Social Media Communication

  • Respond to messages and inquiries on platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram

  • Convert online inquiries into workshop visits or bookings

• Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure every client interaction reflects Autobahn’s premium service standard

  • Handle basic complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred

• Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)

• Confident speaking over phone with a professional tone

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

• Ability to persuade and build trust quickly

• Familiar with social media platforms and messaging etiquette

• Previous experience in customer service / call center / sales is a plus
