Receiving phone calls from clients.
Answer phone call and social media queries in a polite and professional manner.
Reply messenger, WhatsApp messages and input patient data to the CRM Software.
Schedule appointments for patients to appointment booking software.
Providing accurate and helpful information to clients regarding services offered.
Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority.
Advance Computer knowledge will be Plus.
