Responsibilities & Context:
- Receiving phone calls from clients.
- Answer phone call and social media queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Reply messenger, WhatsApp messages and input patient data to the CRM Software.
- Schedule appointments for patients to appointment booking software.
- Providing accurate and helpful information to clients regarding services offered.
- Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority.
