Job Context:
∎ Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer needs and maintain
∎ customer satisfaction as priority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day functions of the OPD and IPD patients in providing information, cordially receiving all clients, maintaining admission procedure by using ERP software.
∎ Maintain and input all financial charge related to the patients services.
∎ Maintain software process to post charge slips to patient's accounts.
∎ Assist in preparing and implementing charges in the accounting system as required.
∎ Monitor and collect accounts receivables. Report delinquent accounts to the authority.
∎ Data entry of all patient charges and refunds.
∎ Maintain billing and doctor's payment log and complete all crossovers billing.
∎ Completing all Medicare billing forms and back-up information required.
∎ Keeping in touch with the patient parties to realize all dues.
∎ Communicate with the clinical staff to ensure availability all appropriate patient
∎ information.
∎ Deal with sensitive medical information and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Comply with any other assignment as instructed by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ At least 1 year in hospital reception and billing.
∎ Age 20 to 30 years on 30 September 2022

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
