Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer needs and maintain customer satisfaction as priority.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day functions seated to OPD and IPD patients in providing information, cordially receiving all clients, maintaining admission procedure by using ERP software.
  • Maintain and input all financial charge related to the patients services.  
  • Maintain software process to post all charge to patient’s accounts.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing charges of different services in the accounting system as required.
  • Monitor and collect receivables from individual Patients Report delinquent accounts to the authority.
  • Data entry of all patient charges and refunds.
  • Maintain billing and doctor’s payment log and complete all crossovers billing.
  • Complete all Medicare billing forms and back-up information required.
  • Keep in touch with the patient parties to realize all dues.
  • Communicate with the clinical staff to ensure availability all appropriate patient information.
  • Deal with sensitive medical information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Comply with any other assignment as instructed by the authority.
