∎ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
∎ Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and conversations to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
∎ Stay up to date with the company’s products/services to effectively answer customer questions and promote features/benefits.
∎ Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services based on customer needs.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including feedback, complaints, and transactions, within the CRM system.
∎ Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, common issues, and potential areas for service improvement.
∎ Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
