Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Answer customer calls, provide information about products/services, send quotes, and create invoices.
  2. Communicate with customers via email, phone, social media, and in person.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers.
  4. Respond to client queries online and offline. Explain tour packages and itineraries to clients. Stay updated on airline promotional offers.
  5. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
  6. Maintain professional communication standards with customers and suppliers.
  7. Promote the business through social media and other platforms.
  8. Submit daily work reports regularly.
  9. Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  10. Make bookings for flights, hotels, tours, activities, transfers, and other services. (Training Provided by us)
  11. Address complaints, offer solutions, and follow up for resolution within deadlines.
