Additional Requirements:

  • Age At most 40 years

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Call Center / Customer Support / Receptionist Role

Proper pronunciation in Bengali.

Customer Friendly Voice

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational skills

Cool-temper and ablility to handle negative behavior from client with positive attitude.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure when needed

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answer inbound from customers/patients who want to know about our services with professional tone & attitude

  • Prepare patient appointments and maintain appointment schedule

  • Make outbound calls to coordinate patient appointent schedules and for conducting surveys

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate to management when necessary

  • Keep records of calls and note useful information.

  • Moderate company social media profiles and groups by managing comments, messages, etc.

  • Protect brand reputation and escalate concerns in a timely manner and coordinates decision making from leaders

  • Collect, analyze, and present data and insights to leadership on all of our social media and customer service platforms

  • Coordinate with other customer relations specialists on the team for effective output
