  • Schedule appointments for counsellors.
  • Maintain inquiry records and update CRM/database.
  • Follow up with leads through calls or emails.
  • Prepare and share inquiry reports with counsellors/management.
  • Assist in formalities and initial paperwork.
  • Build positive client relationships.
