Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Private university/ Public University- Preferable)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP system).
Excellent command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel (for reporting and analysis).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
The Executive – Accounts will be responsible for the efficient management of the firm's financial transactions and human capital.
Manage and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial records (Journal entries, ledgers).
Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor and manage office petty cash and expenses.
Assist in budget tracking and variance analysis.
Process monthly staff payroll accurately and on time, including calculation of necessary deductions and benefits.
Oversee general office administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Communicating with the various university alumni departments for recruiting campus ambassadors.
