Ability to speak in clear and correct Bangla.
Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficient in computer operation with strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context: - Handle daily client communication through email and phone professionally and promptly.
- Track and update shipment status, booking details, and delivery information in the system/register.
- Share booking confirmation, Air Waybill (AWB), and clearance updates with clients as needed.
- Coordinate with internal team and counterparts to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all shipments.
- Assist seniors and team with additional tasks to support overall operations.
