  • Proficient in computer operation with strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle daily client communication through email and phone professionally and promptly.
  • Track and update shipment status, booking details, and delivery information in the system/register.
  • Share booking confirmation, Air Waybill (AWB), and clearance updates with clients as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal team and counterparts to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all shipments.
  • Assist seniors and team with additional tasks to support overall operations.
