∎ HSC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call center agents will be responsible to communicate with customers on a day to day basis to make sales, solve customers' problems related to sales post on a market linkage platform.
∎ Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent
∎ Gauge sense of responsibility and achieve the daily target
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
∎ Receives customer messages and deliver the same to the departments.
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Provide information about products and services to the customers.
∎ Manage and resolve customer queries.
∎ Call to the customer for monthly charge and make report daily basis.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
