Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Must have good communication skills (can speak clearly and politely).

  2. Must know how to use smartphone and basic computer.

  3. Must be friendly, patient, and helpful with customers.

  4. Should answer customer calls, messages, and emails.

  5. Must solve customer problems quickly and correctly.

  6. Must work well in a team.

  7. Should be able to work under pressure.

  8. Must have basic typing skills.

  9. Minimum education: HSC / Graduate (preferred).

  10. Experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
