Job Context:
∎ BSEZ is the first economic zone developed by a Japanese company in the nation,
∎ established jointly in partnership with the Government of Bangladesh (Bangladesh
∎ Economic Zones Authority: BEZA). Currently we are looking for a customer and sales support officer suitably qualified, experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and highly responsible officer Office near Sonpara, Panchrukhi (Narayanganj). The candidate should possess a good physique and have the ability to accept challenging responsibilities, personal qualities of integrity, creativity, and good interpersonal and communication skills are desired. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience of managing clients in any International level Industrial park
∎ Full-time / Contractual, Sonpara, Panchrukhi, Narayanganj-1460
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support MD of BSEZ in sales related activity including presentation, negotiation, contract documentation etc.
∎ Marketing activity including research, documentation, advertisement etc.
∎ Support management in customer service-related activities, i.e., understand clients need and support accordingly;
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents and file documents;
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution;
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies as per different government bodies and inform to potential customers based on their need;
∎ Any related task assigned from the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ years of working experience mainly in any industrial park will get preference.
∎ Work experience in any Japanese company in sales team will be an added
∎ advantage;
∎ Good communication skills (written & verbal) both in Japanese, English and
∎ Bengali;
∎ Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact
∎ confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
