∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ According to management guidelines, candidates should be capable to preparing, updating, and recommending Social Compliance policies and procedures to vendor by following local laws and international standards
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.·
∎ You will have to visit factories frequently to find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & implement internal audit systems in the factory through factory compliance team.·
∎ Carry out frequently Social Compliance audit for in company’s vendor and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports thereof along with CAP.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.·
∎ Help to prepare a factory to facing third party for different audits such as social / ethical / environmental.·
∎ During the factories visit monitoring daily workers safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.·
∎ Help vendors take necessary initiative to implement Corrective Action Plan (CAP) given by THIRD party audit.·
∎ Assist to the factory compliance Managements to implement all Compliance activities of the factory, and to ensure factories are implementing compliance requirements as per Customer COC & legal standards.
